The Sean Conneries was formed in 2016 as a spin-off of Bay Area James Bond rock band Bond Girl, lead by Cherie Lebow. They have gone through a few personal changes over that time - the current line-up is Paul McCue - songwriter/guitar/vocals, Kirstin Hirai - vocals/keys, Geo Kitta - bass/vocals, and Zach Brenner - drums. Interestingly, they cover four generations in their ages! 

Although the band’s name “Sean Conneries” suggests possible James Bond music, TSC's music instead is a reflection on the 1960s gestalt - encompassing a combination of unique originals by Paul, classical ‘60s pop renditions of material by Dusty Springfield, Lu-Lu, Nancy Sinatra, Glen Campbell, Lesli Gore, Petula Clark and The Rolling Stones, French Ye’Ye’ pop, a variety of more contemporary songs from the ‘80s (David Bowie, The Stranglers) and some ‘90s and newer pop songs. (only the best ones!) Not your average cover band. All & all, a fun, eclectic, unpredictable mix of music genres performed by four people who love playing music together to entertain you!
