Love is contagious and forever spreads in the presence of Jay Kirkland and Barbara Anne Gorin, The Breedloves Acoustic Duo.  Enjoy the sounds of music you know and love but never heard like this before.  Fall in love with their amazing original music as well. Their romantic original acoustic music can create a nice ambiance for all events, wine tastings, weddings, private parties, restaurants, slide shows, art shows, or any place you wish to create a wonderful feeling through their music, as their diverse style pleases all ages.  Together, they are known to captivate the audience, whether they are 5 or 95 years old.  Their original instrumentals have a way of taking you away to a beautiful place, whether it’s to the beach, with their song, “The Cruz,” or to the beautiful town of “Sausalito,” in Northern California, while listing to this dynamic duo! “Their music can even make you feel like you are on vacation."

Chris Myers is a singer/songwriter performing original alternative rock music. He has been playing music in the Bay Area scene since 1990 drumming in local heavier acts Unjust, Impact and 3°Below back in 90s and Displace and Year One in the early 2000s. More recently a guitarist and back vocalist in The Vibe Project acoustic rock band who frequented the Point Richmond and Bay Area scenes between 2009-2016. In 2020, with all the extra time at home during the pandemic, inspiration ignited, and work began on writing and recording new original music. The new songs, which feature drums, electric/acoustic guitars, bass, keys and vox all written and performed by Chris, are being adapted to an acoustic format for local live performances. This is the most personal music experience and music continues to serve as a vehicle of therapy and healing for all of life’s weights and challenges. The self produced/engineered debut album titled “After It” will be ready for release in late 2023.
